We loved our stay at this hotel! One of the best things about it was its location. It was so close to everything - we were right next to the metro station and within walking distance of historical places, souks, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, and our room was big and clean. Breakfast was also a filling and delicious way to start the day. The staff were so helpful and kind, making us feel at home.
Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect during our stay in this hotel.

Located in a historic district, this traditional Arabian style guest house is charming and authentic. It is well-appointed with good facilities, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant rooftop terrace overlooking the local scenery. the hotel's location is perfect, nestled right in the heart of the heritage village and within close proximity to both the souks and the bus station. Guests can easily explore 'old Dubai' by strolling along the waterfront. Staff members are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and warm hospitality.
The breakfast could be more elaborate.

The hotel’s location was superb, with easy access to the metro, a big supermarket, and many major tourist attractions. The old building was beautifully furnished and offered a wonderful glimpse into the local culture. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful, making our stay very pleasant.
The shower’s water pressure and temperature were not up to our expectations, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The buffet breakfast on Saturday morning was also a little bit disappointing compared to other days’ breakfast which involved a pre-ordered freshly cooked menu.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable considering the location in a suburb of migrant workers. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. The rooms in original Arab style were beautifully designed with simple interiors and a historic touch. Finally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.
While there was nothing that stood out as a major flaw, there were minor areas that could be improved.

Location is convenient with nearby transportation and sightseeing. Room was well, equipped with necessary amenities.
The service was atrocious with only one staff member to handle everything. Phone was not working properly and took at least 5 minutes to reach reception.
